Your privacy matters to us. We are committed to protecting your personal data and handling it with transparency and care. Account credentials are encrypted and deleted within 48 hours of order completion.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account (name, email address, password hash), place an order (rank data, region, service preferences), or contact support. For Solo Queue orders, we temporarily store account credentials that are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and deleted within 48 hours of order completion. We also collect usage data, IP addresses, and browser information for security and analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: process and fulfill your orders, send order status notifications and support communications, detect and prevent fraud, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties. Analytics data is used solely to improve site performance and user experience.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest (AES-256), encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), rate limiting, and regular security audits. Account credentials shared for Solo Queue orders are encrypted immediately upon receipt and access is strictly limited to the assigned booster for the duration of the order.

4. Account Credentials

This section specifically covers the handling of game account credentials you share with us for Solo Queue orders. These credentials are: encrypted using AES-256 before storage, only accessible to your assigned booster, never logged in plain text, and automatically and permanently deleted within 48 hours of order completion. We never use your credentials for any purpose other than completing the requested boost.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies necessary for the operation of our service (authentication sessions, cart state) and analytics cookies to understand how users interact with our site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Stripe and PayPal for payment processing (subject to their respective privacy policies), Google OAuth for optional social login, and hosting infrastructure providers. We ensure all third-party processors comply with applicable data protection regulations.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to certain processing, and request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@rankup.gg. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Order history is retained for 2 years for accounting and dispute resolution purposes. Account credentials shared for orders are deleted within 48 hours of order completion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
