"Booster" — a verified service provider on the Platform who fulfills customer orders.

"Services" — all products and features available through the Platform after account registration, including boosting, coaching, and related offerings.

"Processing" — any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, storage, retrieval, use, modification, and deletion.

RankUp.GG reserves the right to request additional identity verification from any User or Booster at any time and at its sole discretion.

This data is used to maintain the security and performance of the Platform and to improve user experience.

This section specifically covers the handling of game account credentials shared for Solo Queue orders:

- Credentials are encrypted using AES-256 immediately upon submission

- Access is restricted solely to the booster assigned to your order

- Credentials are never logged, stored, or transmitted in plain text

- Credentials are automatically and permanently deleted within 48 hours of order completion

We never use your credentials for any purpose other than fulfilling the requested service.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your Personal Data:

- Access: Request a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you

- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data

- Deletion: Request that we delete your Personal Data

- Restriction: Request that we restrict or limit how we process your data

Personal Data will not be processed for longer than ten years from the date of collection, or until you file an objection or request termination of processing, whichever occurs first.

RankUp.GG acts as the data controller for Personal Data collected directly through the Platform, and as a data processor for content transmitted via the services, processing such data in accordance with user instructions.

- The email address associated with your account

- Your account ID or username

- A clear statement requesting data deletion

We will acknowledge your request and complete the deletion within 7 business days.
