Terms of Service

1.1 By accessing or using RankUp.GG ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly and remain compliant throughout your use of the Platform.

1.2 If you disagree with any provision of these terms, you should refrain from using our services and contact us to discuss your concerns.

1.3 RankUp.GG operates exclusively at https://rankup.gg. No other domain or website is affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with RankUp.GG.

1.4 Unauthorized individuals are prohibited from accessing or using the Platform. By using our services, you accept all associated risks and agree to indemnify and hold harmless RankUp.GG against any claims, damages, or losses arising from unauthorized use or intellectual property disputes.

1.5 RankUp.GG is an independent service and maintains no association, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Riot Games, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.

1.6 RankUp.GG does not claim ownership of any intellectual property belonging to Riot Games, Inc. or its affiliates. All copyrights, trademarks, game assets, and related marks are the sole property of their respective owners. Users acknowledge and accept this disclaimer.

1.7 All content, features, and services on the Platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. RankUp.GG provides a digital service — no physical goods or property are transferred.

2.1 RankUp.GG is not affiliated with Riot Games or any game publisher. We caution all users, partners, and stakeholders against engaging in any activity that would violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

2.2 By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are not employed by, contracted with, or affiliated with Riot Games, Inc. or any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates.

2.3 You acknowledge that you fully understand the nature of the services you are purchasing and accept sole responsibility for providing accurate and truthful in-game information, including but not limited to your current rank, region, and account details.

2.4 Customers who purchase boosting services agree that disputes must be resolved directly through RankUp.GG support channels. Opening unauthorized payment disputes, chargebacks, or claims through external financial institutions without first contacting RankUp.GG support constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension and blacklisting from the Platform.

2.5 RankUp.GG reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against individuals who engage in financial fraud, including but not limited to unauthorized chargebacks, false claims, or payment manipulation.

2.6 Initiating a chargeback with your financial institution after services have been rendered constitutes a breach of these terms. In such cases, the customer must either reverse the chargeback or remit payment of the original amount plus an administrative fee as determined by RankUp.GG. Failure to comply may result in referral to a collections agency and pursuit of the outstanding balance through all available legal channels.

2.7 Filing a payment dispute or claim after service has commenced or been completed is a breach of these terms. The customer must close such a claim or remit the original amount plus an administrative fee as determined by RankUp.GG.

2.8 Chargebacks initiated for fully or partially completed services may result in the outstanding balance being referred to a third-party collections agency, with all associated fees borne by the customer.

2.9 Refunds are available if no booster has begun work on your order. Refund requests must be submitted through our live support or by contacting our support team.

2.10 Once a booster has been assigned and work has begun on your order, the order becomes ineligible for a monetary refund. If the order cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond your control, you will receive store credit for the value of the uncompleted portion.

2.11 If an order cannot be completed within the current competitive season, the terms of section 2.10 apply. Partial store credit will be issued based on the proportion of the order that remains unfulfilled.

2.12 For Duo Queue services, customers may request a booster who speaks a specific language from the available options. If your preferred language is unavailable, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

2.13 Customers may purchase Rank Boost, Duo Queue, Placement Games, Net Wins, and Coaching services after providing the required account information and confirming their eligibility.

2.14 If the rank you specified at the time of purchase does not match your actual in-game rank when the booster begins work, the order value will be converted to store credit and you will need to place a new order at the correct rank.

2.15 You accept full responsibility for any loss of progress or rank changes that occur as a result of logging into your account or playing ranked games yourself while an active order is in progress.

2.16 You agree not to play ranked games on the account associated with your order while the service is active. If you play ranked games during an active boost, RankUp.GG reserves the right to mark the order as complete.

2.17 Boosters may adjust in-game settings such as key bindings, crosshair, or sensitivity as needed to perform the service. Original settings will be restored where possible upon completion.

2.18 Tips or gifts provided to boosters are voluntary and non-refundable. They cannot be converted to store credit or applied toward future orders.

2.19 Orders that remain inactive for 28 or more consecutive days without any communication from the customer will be automatically closed and marked as processed.

2.20 Solo boosting (where a booster plays on your account) may violate the Terms of Service of Riot Games and could result in penalties to your account including temporary or permanent suspension. While RankUp.GG takes every reasonable precaution to protect your account, we are ultimately not responsible for any action taken against your account by Riot Games or any game publisher.

4.1 All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Funds are held until your order is completed to your satisfaction.

4.2 Total payment fees are refundable if no games have been played at the time of the refund request.

4.3 Payment fees may be converted to store credit if no games have been played at the time of the conversion request.

4.4 Partial payment fees may be converted to store credit based on the proportion of order completion at the time of the request.

6.1 If the average RR (Rank Rating) lost per defeat is disproportionately higher than the average RR gained per win during Solo or Duo services (specifically, if losses average double the gains), the remaining order funds will be converted to store credit or an equivalent number of Net Wins, calculated using the Platform's pricing calculator, at the customer's preference.

6.2 If the booster's Kill/Death ratio falls below 0.5 during Duo Division or Net Win services, the order will be converted to Duo Games at the original order value.

6.3 For Solo or Duo Net Win services, if the account's current rank climbs two or more divisions above the starting rank (or one or more divisions for accounts starting at Ascendant 1 or higher), the remaining order value will be converted to store credit.

6.4 Store credit issued under section 6.3 will equal the full original order value if the net win counter is at zero or below. If the counter is above zero, store credit will equal the value of the remaining unfulfilled net wins.

6.5 Minimum placement win thresholds before compensation is triggered: 4 out of 5 games, 3 out of 4 games, 2 out of 3 games, 1 out of 2 games, and 0 out of 1 game. If placement results fall below these minimums, the customer is entitled to compensation.

6.6 Compensation for placement wins below the minimum threshold is 1 Net Win per additional loss beyond the minimum requirement.

6.7 Placement compensation will be applied directly to the same account and queue that was used for the original purchase, in the form of store credit.
