Terms of Service

Important: Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing any order. By using RankUp.GG, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RankUp.GG ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Service Description

RankUp.GG is a platform connecting customers who wish to improve their VALORANT ranking with verified professional players ("Boosters"). We act as an intermediary marketplace and are not directly responsible for the outcome of any boost order, though we guarantee satisfaction or a full refund.

3. Account Security & Credentials

When you submit account credentials for a Solo Queue boost, they are encrypted using AES-256 encryption and stored only for the duration of the active order. Credentials are permanently and automatically deleted within 48 hours of order completion. Our boosters are contractually prohibited from changing any account settings, making purchases, or performing any action not directly related to the requested service.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Funds are held in escrow until your order is completed. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, you are entitled to a 100% refund with no questions asked. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Chargebacks that are not preceded by a refund request will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Booster Conduct

All boosters on our platform are manually verified and contractually obligated to: use a VPN matching your account region, use offline/appear-offline mode where requested, not communicate with other players about the boosting service, not make any account purchases, and complete orders within the estimated timeframe. Failure to comply with these rules results in immediate termination from the platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not misrepresent your identity, share false information, attempt to manipulate pricing, or abuse the refund policy. Accounts found to be abusive may be suspended without notice. You acknowledge that rank boosting may be against the Terms of Service of Riot Games, and RankUp.GG is not responsible for any actions taken by Riot Games against your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on RankUp.GG, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RankUp.GG and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. VALORANT and all related marks are property of Riot Games. RankUp.GG is not affiliated with or endorsed by Riot Games.

8. Limitation of Liability

RankUp.GG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
